Youth Rates Picket

Radical youth members and Unite members staged a public education picket on Queen St yesterday to inform Mc Donalds customers of the real truth behind the arches. The picket was a response to the multimillion dollar "take a closer look" advertising campaign that Mc Donald's is running. Leaflets were distributed signatures were collected and the whole street ended up hearing why we were their over speakers. Mc Donalds had hired some people to do PR work for them and had a life feed ofworkers cooking in the kitchen but as one passer by said " I thought those guys were on your side, their T shirt even said loser". (the C on closer was hard to read)
